In Kenpo 5.0 the leader of the system Jeff Speakman say/ask……. “What did you do today to contribute. What did you do to make a difference?”

I shared a coach with Jeff Speakman. Lou Angels was our sensei in Goju Ryu. Lou Angel was always someone that looked at ways how he could help you. Lou Angel passed away in 2020 not long after grading me to 4th degree Black Belt.
